Students in Nepal are required by law to have a school uniform. For some children that is the only thing standing between them and a classroom.

Each girl now has her own sleeping space, bed and bedding, and a shared dining area where everyone eats together instead of in shifts. It sits a short walk below the school campus.

Rebuilt with the Nepali Relief Fund of Indiana and an architect from Kathmandu after the April 2015 quake, on an initiative of Pemba Dorjee Sherpa .

Stoves carried up by truck and on foot and installed in the village kitchens, and the dedication of the two storey school buildings.
